Notes |
- Jackie Barnes' Pedigree Chart in Kokernot file
per Gardien letter to Barbara Jo (Gardien II file): Aunt Beck and Aunt Mollie had husbands more congenial to the brothers' fam;ilies than the rest had. Aunt Beck had no surviving children of her own to cause problems and Aunt Mollie's children were all well adapted to the family life at Big Hill. Aunt Beck was a fun-loving woman and happily dipped snuff to the end.
In 1930 census Mary Melissa Kokernot Littlefield is in Yoakum owning residence on Badger Street, shown as divorced. The family of Roger Ledbetter, a dentist, is renting at the same dwelling.
